- Asumo que soy el responsable del posible daño físico y material que pueda causarle a terceras personas durante mi participación en el entrenamiento y la competición, asumiendo todas la consecuencias legales y penales que se deriven de mis acciones durante el evento.
- Acepto las normativas de competición que establezca la organización del Movistar Barcelona Extreme y respetaré las decisiones deportivas que tome el jurado. En caso de no estar de acuerdo con una decisión, reclamaré al coordinador de mi deporte, quien tomará la decisión final e inapelable.
- Declaro que estoy plenamente asegurado para cualquier lesión que me pueda pasar durante la competición y entrenamiento y que mi aseguradora cubre todos los daños que me puedan suceder.
- Acepto voluntariamente que pueda ser observado, fotografiado o filmado y que dicho material pueda ser utilizado con fines promocionales e informativos, renunciando a cualquier derecho que me pudiera corresponder por dicha utilización.
- Acepto recibir en el e-mail arriba señalado la Newsletter informativa del Movistar Barcelona Extreme.
- Declaro que he leído y acepto la declaración previa, y que la información dada es correcta.
- I assume to be responsible for any possible physical injury or material damage I might cause to a third party during my participation in the trial or competition. I therefore assume all the legal and penal consequences derived from my actions during the event.
- I accept the rules of the competition established by the organization of Movistar Barcelona Extreme and I shall respect the sports decisions taken by the jury. In case of not agreeing with the jury’s decision I shall ask the coordination of my sport to manage my claim; the coordinator will take a final and unappealable decision.
- I declare to have full insurance coverage for injuries incurred during the competition or trial and that my insurance company covers any injury I might suffer.
- I voluntarily consent to be observed, filmed or photographed and I agree that this material can be used for promotional and informative purposes. I renounce to any right derived from the use of this material.
